Will I get a refund if you miss my event?For any missing events on our fault we refund the full amount and also give you a 20% discount with your next catering package purchase. Since we started this business we have a 100% attendance rate. We do might encounter unpredictible events such as road accidents, staff getting ill or any unexpected circumstances to which will endeavour to avoid take all the neccesary steps deliver our service.

What is your refund policy?Refunds are made within the 7 days period after the purchase date . After this date the pdeposit value is non-refundable. Please keep in mind that 3 % Credit Card Processing Fees on any payments processed are non-refundable.

Are there vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and allergen free options?"Yes, we offer options for vegetarians, vegans or those with food sensitivities. Please let us know how many guests require an alternative option, and we will work with you on the menu for these dietary needs.

How can I book your catering services?We send a quote based on your event requirements. Once the quote is accepted an invoice will be issued and upfront payment is required to secure your booking.

What are the venue requirements ?Our pizza van units requires a footprint of 6m length x 2m width x 2.4m height. and clear access to the venue./location. Power requirements - regular household power is sufficient, is also possible to access 13amp power sources.

Lockdowns/ further gov restrictions.In the unfortunate situation where restrictions or Lockdown has been implemented by the Gov. we are happy to postpone the event to a safer date.
